     The process of quality control, implemented at New Body Line since its birth, makes it possible to maintain the best quality at all stages of manufacture of its products thus the checking of the quality of the colors, the materials, the seams, the defects or the resistance of the final product to strength, dry and wet friction and washes. This is achieved while applying the standards required by the specifications of our customers. New Body Line staff are trained to maintain international ready-to-wear manufacturing standards, so each process is checked by quality control managers or specialists before any other production step is performed.

     Before production, as raw materials arrive at New Body Line department, their delivery, overall quality, size and color are verified. During manufacturing, controls at the forefront must be performed to ensure standardized manufacturing quality throughout the progression of items in their production lines. Several other control processes continue while respecting the production data sheets until their dispatch.
